This agreement is a legal contract between you and Lvcha VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the client, website, and related VPN services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code, remove marks, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, marks, interface, text, and technical materials belong to the Service Provider or their respective rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or pricing and will provide reasonable notice. You are responsible for protecting your device, account, and login credentials, and for risks caused by jailbreaking, rooting, account sharing, or improper configuration.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

This Service depends on stable networks, device status, and third-party infrastructure. The Service Provider is not responsible for losses caused by local network arrears, weak signal, system restrictions, roaming charges, carrier blocking, or user device problems. Mobile data or international roaming may create additional charges, so confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with local laws and third-party platform rules. We try to provide accurate route status and client updates, but network availability may be affected by factors outside our control. For compatibility and security, you agree to install the latest version when necessary. If the service ends, your license ends as well, and you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy
